This Privacy Policy explains how RAXX BEATS STUDIOS LLC (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use SchoolManager (the “Service”), our school management platform for administrators, teachers, students, and guardians. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. We aim for plain English here—if anything is unclear, just email us.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account data: name, email, password hash, school/organization, and role (admin, teacher, student, or guardian).
  • School records: enrollment, attendance, grades, assessments, assignments, announcements, and messages you create or that are created about a student.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, features used, and error reports, to keep the Service reliable.
  • Device data: IP address, browser, operating system, and approximate location derived from IP.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: used for sign-in sessions, security, and remembering your preferences.

2. How We Use Information

  • Run, secure, and improve the Service.
  • Sign you in and protect against fraud and unauthorized access.
  • Deliver core school features: gradebooks, attendance, assessments, messaging, and reports.
  • Send transactional emails such as account notices, invitations, and announcements.
  • Respond to support requests and comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your content to train or evaluate any third-party machine-learning or generative AI model.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on a small set of trusted providers, each bound by their own data-protection terms:

  • Supabase — database and backend hosting for your account and school records.
  • Resend — delivery of transactional emails (invitations, notices, password resets).

These providers process data only to perform services for us. We do not use a payment processor, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers.

4. Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the Service to work—mainly to keep you securely signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but doing so may prevent you from signing in.

5. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access, correct, export, or delete your personal information;
  • opt out of certain processing;
  • withdraw consent at any time;
  • complain to a data-protection authority.

California residents may request access to, deletion of, and correction of their personal information, and we confirm we do not “sell” or “share” it for cross-context advertising. To exercise any right, email support@cloutfinder.com. We will verify your identity first and never discriminate against you for asking.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is designed for use by schools, which may include student users under the direction of their school and guardians. Where student data is involved, the school acts as the data controller and we act as a service provider processing data on the school's behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children for our own purposes.

7. Data Retention & Security

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations, and we protect it with TLS in transit, access controls, and encryption at rest where available. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe. You can request deletion at any time.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision, and we will communicate material changes by in-product notice or email.
