What is SchoolManager?
SchoolManager is a school management platform with separate experiences for administrators, teachers, students, and guardians. It covers attendance, gradebooks, assessments, announcements, and messaging in one place.
How do I get an account?
Accounts are created by your school administrator, who assigns your role (admin, teacher, student, or guardian). If you were expecting an invitation and haven't received one, check your spam folder or contact your school admin.
I forgot my password or can't sign in. What do I do?
Use the password reset link on the sign-in screen. If you still can't get in, ask your school administrator to confirm your account is active, or email us at the address below.
Who can see a student's grades and attendance?
Access is controlled by role. Teachers see their classes, guardians see their linked students, and administrators see school-wide data. Students see their own records. See our Privacy Policy for details on how this data is handled.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Email us with as much detail as you can (what you did, what you expected, and what happened). Screenshots help a lot and speed up a fix.
